about the artist

Sarah Hinckley lives and works in New York City. Her paintings are in numerous corporate and private collections.

Sarah:

1. Grew up on Cape Cod surrounded by color fields of water, marsh, beach and sky.
   
   
2. Received a BFA from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and a MFA from Columbia University in New York both with a concentration in painting.
   
   
3. Lives in New York City and has a studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
   
   
4. Recently completed projects for: Encantado, an Auberge Resort in Santa Fe; the Venetian Resort in Macau, China; and the spa at Bellagio in Las Vegas.
